About these terms

These terms are a contract between you and AirProHQ, 483 Chaiyaphruek 3 Alley, Muang Pattaya, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand ("we", "us"), and govern your use of airprohq.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

Your use of our content

The content we make available on this website and through our other channels was created, developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected and arranged by us, using our own methods and judgment, and through the expenditure of substantial time and effort. This Service and the content we make available are proprietary, and are protected by these terms, copyright laws, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Service is also protected as a collective work or compilation under applicable copyright laws and treaties. We provide it for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not use, and may not authorise any third party to use, this Service or any content we make available on it in any manner that (i) is a source of or substitute for the Service or the content; (ii) affects our ability to earn money in connection with the Service or the content; or (iii) competes with the Service we provide. These restrictions apply to any robot, spider, scraper, web crawler or other automated means, any similar manual process, and any software used to access the Service. Cost guides are estimates, not professional advice

Our guides publish typical price ranges, averages and decision formulas for heating and cooling work. These are general information drawn from market research and industry data. They are not a quote, an appraisal, or professional engineering, financial, legal or tax advice, and they do not account for the specifics of your home, your equipment or your local market.

Prices change, and vary considerably by region, season, equipment and installer. Always obtain written quotes from licensed contractors before making a decision, and rely on their assessment rather than ours. Any decision you make about repairing, replacing or maintaining equipment is your own.

Directory listings

Our directory includes contractor information compiled from publicly available business profiles. We are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, recommend, certify, vet or guarantee any listed business. We do not verify licences, insurance, workmanship or pricing.

Listings are provided for information only. Any dealings you have with a listed contractor — including any contract, payment or dispute — are solely between you and that contractor. We are not a party to them and accept no responsibility for them. We strongly recommend you verify licensing and insurance independently before hiring anyone.

Information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. If you own a listed business and want your entry corrected or removed, email airprohq@gmail.com.

Submitting a listing

If you submit your business through our listing form, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information you give is accurate. We may publish, decline, edit or remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that a submitted business will be listed or remain listed.

Advertising and commercial relationships

We may display advertising on the Service, served by third-party advertising networks and technology providers, and by media agencies, advertising exchanges and their partners acting on behalf of advertisers. We may also participate in affiliate or referral arrangements under which we earn a commission.

Advertising is selected by those third parties and its presence does not amount to an endorsement by us. Where we have a commercial relationship that could reasonably affect how you read our content, we will disclose it. How advertising affects your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and content

The Service links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content such as maps. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, the cookies we set and your rights over that data. It forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer rights available under the law of the country where you live.
